Event Calendar – Events listed below are hosted by the KOV chapters of Sacramento (Chancellery), Lake Tahoe, Lodi, and San Francisco/Bay Area. Events, both domestically and internationally, are open to all KOV members in good standing, along with their partners. July 9 – KOV Lodi Chapter Monthly Event at Stonum Winery on Alpine Road near Klinker Brick. 5:30 to 7:00. Stonum is a winery we have not been to as a KOV chapter event. See attached flier for details.
July 18 – Lake Tahoe Chapter Billy McCullough Greek Dinner in Reno. Click here for the flyer with the menu and how to reserve your spot.
August 3 – La Paulée Comes to Sacramento. Chancellery Chapter Burgundy and Bourguignon Bistro Event.
August 13 – KOV Lodi Chapter Ribs ‘n Zin at Heavens Gate Vineyards 14990 Prouty Road in Galt. 5:30 to 7:30. This is a catered event featuring fabulous ribs, brisket and beans, plus the standard side dishes. Bring your own specially selected wine, plus something for the raffle. August 29 – Lake Tahoe Chapter celebrates the Wines of Japan. Yes, there are 500 wineries in Japan, clustered mostly in the Nagano area. At this event, you will have a chance to sample their wines and learn about the progress Japan is making in developing their wine industry.
September 13 – Chancellery Old Wine Party in Roseville
September 19 – Wine Tasting in Reno with expert Sudsy Torbeck, DipWSET
October 17 – Lake Tahoe Chapter Grand Assemblage
October 21-22 – Chancellery returns to Healdsburg. Will be an overnight mid-week visiting venues in Healdsburg for wine tasting and dining. Limited to approximately 26 people. Your event team is working on the schedule and securing venues. First day, October 21st, will probably start at 11:00 am with wine tasting and lunch. Second day, October 22nd, will conclude after a communal dinner at Spoon Bar Restaurant. Most people will book a hotel checking in on the 21st and checking out on the 23rd.
